The current bonus system provides for the accrual of bonus points to registered users, which can be used to pay part of the purchase amount in our store. The rate of one bonus point is equal to 1 UAH. New goods are items in the manufacturer's packaging (if provided) that have not been used before. Used goods are items that have been previously used, checked by the Store, and are in excellent or good condition. Regardless of their condition, used goods in certain categories may undergo professional cleaning upon arrival at the warehouse.
Excellent condition - signs of use are absent or minimal. Good condition - signs of use may be present but do not affect the functionality of the product.

All orders within Ukraine are sent via postal operators, while shipments to other countries are discussed on an individual basis. If the user wishes to receive a return or exchange for a new item that is not defective and was not damaged during transportation, the delivery costs are covered by the user; please note that in this case, the return-exchange conditions do not apply to goods of proper quality. If the product has been unwrapped from the manufacturer's cellophane, which bears the original seal/hologram, etc., and there are no factory defects, such goods are not eligible for return. We remind you that all used goods are inspected upon arrival at the warehouse and receive a one-day warranty period for the user to test functionality (the warranty is considered the day after the receipt of the goods); after the warranty period ends, the store will not be able to perform a replacement or return of the goods. The replacement of new goods with factory defects occurs under the manufacturer's conditions: the customer returns the goods to the store, which then, after receiving the replacement from the manufacturer, sends it to the customer free of charge.
